Élodie Huard-Boucher is a multidisciplinary and self-taught artist specialized in visual arts.
Born in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts in 1983, she returned to the region of her childhood after completing her studies in silver photography in Quebec City in the early 2000s. A few years later, she completed a graphic design course in Laval, in order to broaden her technical and digital knowledge.
She became interested in drawing as a child, while practicing the violin during her youth. Drawing and then painting will eventually take over the instrument, but it will leave important traces in the creative process of the artist, who affirms herself that music is inseparable from her creative periods.
The need to work the material will be embodied over the years in a production of works expressed through several mediums such as graphic art, photography, collage. But painting, art lutherie and 3D composition will eventually occupy all her time.
